Katherine is a cofounder of CANDY and has been very passionate about math for her entire life. She has taken the AMC 8 and 10 and is interested in working on the problems further with others and introducing them to the beauty of math.
Alex is a cofounder of CANDY Math and he started doing math contests in 3rd grade. He has qualified for JMO since 6th grade and MOP in 2023. He is also interested in informatics and computer science and has attended the 2022 and 2024 USACO summer camp.
Frank is a cofounder of CANDY Math and has been engaged with the AMC since 5th grade. He has taken AMC 8 and 10 and qualified for the top 1 percent in AMC 8, 2021. He believes that the significance of math lies within its foundation of most professional studies and the ability to master the skills of problem solving is the true beauty of mathematics.

Luca He - Web Design/AMC 8
Luca has been learning math and doing math competitions since he was little. He obtained John Hopkins' CTY Grand Honors award in 6th grade, and obtained the Honors Roll for AMC 8 in 7th grade. He is currently studying to progress further in math competitions.

Ben has been fascinated by math for many years. He has experience in competition math, including AMC 8 and 10, and has also received a perfect score on the math portion of the SAT. He has prior experience teaching kids, and hopes to make math fun for students of CANDY.
George (Lize) Fang is a 17-year-old junior at Saratoga High School in California. Since kindergarten, he has been passionate about numbers and has developed a deep interest in exploring mathematics and its theories. George sees math as the symbolic representation of logic and enjoys uncovering its intricacies.
